Axoriq Workspace helps business owners and teams organise daily work in one place. It includes tools for communication, file storage, customer records, scheduling, seminar management, website publishing and connected business modules.
It is designed for small businesses, service providers and organisations that need a private workspace to manage operational tools from one account.
Connect business email accounts, including Gmail or SMTP/IMAP accounts, to read, organise and send messages from the workspace.
Files & Media
Store and organise business files, media, documents and assets securely.
Contacts & Calendar
Manage business contacts, schedules, reminders and daily coordination.
Seminars
Create seminars, manage registrations, publish seminar information and communicate with attendees.
Website Publishing
Connect supported websites, including WordPress, to publish selected business content from the workspace.
Business Modules
Additional modules may include events, hotels and reservations, marketing, projects and finance tools as they become available.
Google account access
How Axoriq Workspace uses Google access
When a user connects a Gmail account, Axoriq Workspace uses Google access only to provide email features requested by that user inside their own workspace.
Depending on the permissions approved by the user, Axoriq Workspace may access Gmail data to display messages, organise mailbox folders, send replies, send new messages and keep mailbox status up to date.
Axoriq Workspace does not sell Google user data. Google data is used only to provide the workspace email features selected by the user.
Users can disconnect their Google account from Axoriq Workspace at any time from workspace settings or from their Google Account permissions page.
Data control and privacy
Your data stays yours
Workspace data belongs to the workspace owner or authorised user. Axoriq Workspace stores and processes account data only to provide the features of the service, maintain security, support subscriptions and operate the connected workspace tools.
